  • Registration fees should be transferred to the designated account below. The registration form and proof of payment must be emailed to the event organization secretariat.
  • The registration fee covers the congress bag, name badge, final program, and participation certificate.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Services.
  • For cancellations made before January 15, 2025, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after January 15, 2025.
  • After January 15, 2025, only name changes will be allowed.
  • Refunds will be processed after the congress.

  • The accommodation fees are based on a 3-night package, covering check-in on April 17, 2025, and check-out on April 20, 2025.
  • The hotel operates on an all-inclusive system.

EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION FEES

External Participation Fee for non-accomodating participants / Daily 120 Euro + %20 VAT = 144 Euro
  • VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive amounts are listed above.
  • The Hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis. Participants not using the Z Event Congress accommodation must pay a daily fee of 120 Euros + VAT for access to the congress center from 08:00 to 18:30.
  • This includes a buffet lunch, beverages during lunch and coffee breaks.
  • Please note that in addition to the external participation fee, the registration fee must also be paid.

TRANSFER FEES

Roundtrip Transfer (Airport-Hotel-Airport) 4.000 TL + %20 VAT = 4.800 TL
  • The transfer fee covers a roundtrip service between Antalya Airport and the congress hotel.
  • Individual transfer requests will be priced separately.
  • Unpaid transfer requests will not be confirmed, and all payments must be completed before the event.

  • Special transfer requests will be priced separately.

  • For cancellations made after April 1, 2025, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations during the congress; however, name changes will be allowed.
  • Refunds will be processed after the congress.
