  • Registration fees should be transferred to the designated account below. The registration form and proof of payment must be emailed to the event organization secretariat.
  • The registration fee covers the congress bag, name badge, final program, and participation certificate.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Services.
  • For cancellations made before January 15, 2025, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after January 15, 2025.
  • After January 15, 2025, only name changes will be allowed.
  • Refunds will be processed after the congress.

  • For payments via credit card, bank transfer, or EFT, we kindly request you to inform the event secretariat, Z Event, by emailing your request to upek@zevent.com.tr prior to making the payment.
  • The accommodation fees are based on a 3-night package, covering check-in on April 17, 2025, and check-out on April 20, 2025.
  • The hotel operates on an all-inclusive system.
  • The specified prices do not include accommodation tax. VAT (10%) will be added.
  • We kindly ask you to transfer the accommodation package fee to the bank account provided below and send the payment receipt to the event secretariat via email at upek@zevent.com.tr.

TRANSFER FEES

  • The transfer fee covers a roundtrip service between Antalya Airport and the congress hotel.
  • Individual transfer requests will be priced separately.
  • Unpaid transfer requests will not be confirmed, and all payments must be completed before the event.
  • VAT (20%) is not included in the prices above.

  • Cancellations made before April 1, 2025, will be accepted.
  • For cancellations made after April 1, 2025, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations during the congress; however, name changes will be allowed.
  • Refunds will be processed after the congress.
